From Coolrooms to Furnaces

With a variety of cameras at our disposal - we have one to suit every application - from checking insulation on the walls and ceilings of cool rooms to tube inspections inside high-temperature furnaces.

Using a short wave camera with a flame filter we are able to see and record the condition of tubes within an operating furnace.

The image on the right shows a blocked tube which is overheating.

By using a telephoto lens (and a helicopter) we are able to inspect high voltage distribution lines and their connections on the towers.

The image on the right shows a faulty palm connector.

Our cameras will record temperatures down to -40°C allowing us to see failures inside cool rooms.

The image on the left shows a breakdown of insulation on the corners of a cool room.

Another high temperature application: the inspection of the exterior of a copper furnace.
